This normally occurs when a car has been re-sprayed and the body shop/car repairer has not followed correct procedures for preparing the cars body/plastics.Norwest Hand Car Wash & Valeting will not be responsible for long term wheel damage. This normally happens when the customer or previous car wash personnel have cleaned the wheels with an acid based material. We only ever use acid-free cleaning products that cause no damage to customers’ wheels or to the environment.
